We were fortunate to be introduced by our Interior designer Lori from Studio 10 to Raj who is the president and owner of Madison Avenue Homes. We had interviewed three other contractors prior to being referred to Raj. From the moment we met, we felt an instant connection with him with his professionalism and friendly demeanour. He came well prepared to our first meeting and explained the process of our renovation project with reasonable timelines and expectations for completion. He provided an official budget for the renovation broken down in detail including payment instalments. Throughout the whole process, there was always a supervisor to oversee all work. Raj himself stopped in many times to have check-ins and discussions on the progress of the renovation. Any time we needed to reach out he made himself available by phone or in person. During our renovation, there were additional items we wanted added, and Raj accommodated the requests and provided us with quotes. We have done multiple smaller renovations in our home, and this is the first time we have used a professional contractor because of the larger scope of work. Soon after the work began, we realized that having a contractor like Raj made a difference because he had very qualified trades people which he has worked with in the past. Our stress level diminished greatly because of his “white glove service” (attention to detail). We would highly recommend anyone considering renovations or building a new home to seek his services.
