Can I build a laneway house on my property?
We will provide a free feasibility study for you. Out team of experts will analyze current bylaws and city requirements to determine if your property is suitable.

How much does it cost?
There are many factors that will affect the cost: i.e. finished square footage, landscaping requirements, distance to sewer/water/power, quality of finishes and any extras. Prior to any work starting, a detailed estimate will be provided. In most cases cost per square foot starts at $300/sqft. Payments are staggered throughout the project.

How long does it take?
Typically, projects take 12 months from the time you give the go-ahead (3 months design phase/3 months permit phase/6 months construction phase)
What about Accessibility requirements (wheelchairs/Ramps/Stair lifts etc.)?
All our Laneway Homes will offer accessibility options. We can install chair lifts/elevators/ramps/wide doorways/curb-less showers etc. We can discuss your requirements during the design stage.
Do I have to pick one of the three floorplans?
No, we do offer an option to customize the design to fit your exact requirements.
