Our Process
At Madison Ave Homes, we embrace a process-driven approach to ensure precision and excellence in every home we create.
STEP ONE
Feasibility Study
Free feasibility study of your property’s land use. All levels of government are encouraging higher density. We will evaluate your property’s potential and help you decide how to maximize your land’s use and value.
STEP TWO
Design Phase
Meet with our team of designers to create sensible floorplans and exterior elevations are customized to your specific needs and tastes. It’s important to take your time and ensure everything is perfect before submitting the application to the city. A preliminary budget will be prepared for you at this time.
STEP THREE
Permitting Stage
We will complete all permit application requirements and submit paperwork on your behalf. Any issues that arise will be rectified ASAP. During the period of time between permit application and the issuance of the building permit, we will patiently select all interior finishes (plumbing, lighting, cabinets, flooring, etc.)
STEP FOUR
Build Phase
It’s all in the planning! Before we start construction all rough ins will be prepared to ensure everything is in the correct location. Construction is completed to the finest standard using certified building materials and building supplies.
